What we outlined is guidance on how to ensure that the relationship between you and High Intent is compliant with the GDPR.


When you are using High Intent's pixel on your website, we collect information regarding the visitors of your website to provide you with our services. To create the best experience for our customers, we help you become compliant with regards to the service we offer.

Below is guidance on how to ensure that the relationship between you and High Intent is compliant with the GDPR. Basically, you need to copy-paste the text at the end of this document into your cookie policy.

When you use the Lead Generation service, you must: 

  1. Obtain the valid consent of your visitors to set cookies in their devices and read them;

  2. Inform the visitors about the cookies that your website is using; 

  3. Inform the visitor about our (High Intent) use of information from the cookies set in their devices to improve the Web Tracking service.


How to do it:

A – Cookie and Personal Data consent

To set cookies on visitor’s devices, their consent is required. This can be obtained by using e.g. “I accept”-buttons placed in a cookie banner, in connection with shortly informing the visitor that cookies will be used (this information is to be provided in addition to the lengthier information described below).

B – Information about the cookie consent and information regarding our processing of personal data

A visitor’s consent to the use of cookies must be informed. Therefore, you must provide visitors with a cookie policy in accordance with applicable laws.

One part of the cookie policy is to provide information about the cookies that are set by your website, along with information about what they do and how long they are stored in the visitor’s device. Please note that national legislation and best practice may differ on how extensive this information must be.

The requirements set out in applicable data protection legislation (the GDPR) states that the visitor shall be provided information regarding our (High Intent) processing of personal data relating to the visitor.

You can do this by displaying the following text in close connection with your privacy policy, or by otherwise providing clear information in a suitable way that the use of your website will entail the processing of personal data by High Intent.

Information about High Intent’ processing of your personal data  

We inform you regarding the processing of personal data on behalf of Uniquely Ltd (“High Intent”).

Information collected from cookies set in your device that qualify as personal data will be processed by High Intent, a company offering lead identification and ad targeting services with offices in Tel Aviv. Please see below for full contact details.

The purpose for the processing of the personal data is that it enables High Intent to improve a service rendered to us and our website (e.g “Lead Generation” service), by adding data to their database about companies. The High Intent database will in addition to “Lead Generation” be used for targeted advertising purposes towards companies and for this purpose data will be transferred to third party data service providers. For the purpose of clarity, targeted advertising regards companies, not towards individuals. 

The data that is collected and used by High Intent to achieve this purpose is information about the IP-address from which you visited our website, and technical information that enables High Intent to tell apart different visitors from the same IP-address. High Intent stores the domain from form input in order to correlate the IP-address with your employer.
